In the project process conducted with SO? Architecture, a common area to be used as a waiting zone during an earthquake has been reconsidered. While this area functions as a dining hall, warehouse, and plant cultivation area in emergencies; it has been evaluated as a children's playground, cafe, and hobby garden in daily use. It was aimed that the level differences be not only transition elements but also elements providing spatial function differences.

Insect hotels placed in interaction with hobby gardens enable users to observe natural life and contribute to the park ecosystem. Furthermore, the communal dining table located in the center of the area functions as a point of intersection where all neighbors come together.

Hobby gardens are designed as small-scale agricultural areas where users can individually engage in plant production. In addition to enriching daily life, these areas offer grounds for social interaction that strengthen neighborhood relations. Supported by insect hotels and natural observation areas, these gardens increase the ecological value of the park.
