As part of a landscape project for a private residence in Riva, seating, relaxation, and hobby areas have been designed to meet the daily routines and needs of the residents. Following the interior configuration, which are separated into living and working spaces, relaxation and meeting areas of various capacities and functions are positioned on the terraces as an extension.

In the project, where the seaview and topography of the area determine the orientation, hobby gardens and a greenhouse structure are located on a lower level, accessible from the social areas around the pool. Green spaces are kept dense on the lower level, and serene resting zones isolated from the busy house life are proposed alongside the hobby areas.
